Stylish Star Allu Arjun and director Sukumar are currently working on Pushpa, which is being made on a pan-Indian scale. The teaser of the film was released on Allu Arjun’s birthday and created a lot of interest among audiences.

It is now being rumored that Pushpa would be released in two parts, much like Baahubali, as Sukumar’s script extends well beyond 3 hours. It is being said that Sukumar is contemplating the idea of making it into two parts as he would get to tell the story properly in that case.

However, there’s also a lot of risk factor included in making Pushpa in 2 parts, as the audiences should be interested in watching the second part, and also, the first part should do exceedingly well for the second part to work. The Baahubali franchise had the factor in the form of “Why Did Kattappa Kill Baahubali?”, and Sukumar too should try to include a high voltage interest factor if people should go to the theatres to watch the second part.

While the rumor remains unconfirmed, it should now be seen if this will turn out to be true. On the other hand, Pushpa is slated to release on August 13th, and given that there’s still a significant time before that, the release remains uncertain for now, keeping the current circumstance in mind.
