American-desis stunning the Big Brother!

The current academic year is an outstanding one for the Indian-American kids in the United States. There are so many success stories from the community out sizing the accomplishments of the locals. A 17-year old high-schooler was accepted at all eight Ivy League schools and she finally chose Harvard.

A 16-year old was graduated with eight degrees and walked away with the usual clutch of awards and prizes. However the parents of the kids say they do not exert any pressure on their kids but they themselves feel the pressure with their passion keeping the parents on toes all the time.

Besides excelling in the STEM subjects that Indian parents tend to emphasize up on their kids, the desi children also excel in fine arts and sports, considered important to produce an all round personality.
