When it is social media, there is no restraint to people passing comments on celebrities. Anasuya has been one of those celebrities who sometimes takes things very seriously trying to give back to her haters.

During a live session, an individual called her ‘aunty’ that irritated her like anything. She quickly explained that she might be an aunt to the children of the guy if he was married and not to him. Well, that makes sense but it’s not a sensible task trying to put some sense into someone who is faceless on social media platforms.

According to the popular anchor calling someone ‘aunt’ and ‘uncle’ means there is a relationship. So, one can’t keep calling everyone with relationship names. But, who will listen to her in the virtual world where some people can be so judgemental?

There are words like ‘Sir’ and ‘Madam’ in English, but, in Indian culture one usually has no equivalents that would sound formal. Well, Anasuya is talking sense to deaf ears, isn’t she?
