Can Anil Ravipudi Pull Off Nelson-Style Dark Humour?

Anil Ravipudi and Nelson Dilipkumar Dark Humour Comedy

Anil Ravipudi knows how to make fans laugh, whistle and celebrate in theaters. But what if he mixed his commercial style with Nelson Dilipkumar’s dark humour? It could bring a different flavour to Telugu cinema.

Anil has already shown what he can do with action in Sarileru Neekevvaru. Seeing him experiment with Nelson’s style would be interesting, especially if the comedy comes at moments when nobody expects it.

Nelson has a way of finding humour in serious situations. His characters don’t always need a punch dialogue to get a laugh. Sometimes, the way they react to what’s happening around them is funny enough.

Imagine a villain creating a huge scene while everyone around the hero is tense. The hero, meanwhile, stays cool and responds as if nothing serious is happening. That unexpected reaction could get a laugh without interrupting the intensity of the scene.

Anil’s films already have the action and comedy that audiences enjoy. Adding Nelson Dilipkumar‘s kind of humour could bring something new to his films without changing his usual style. However, Anil would need to find his own way of using dark humour rather than simply following Nelson’s formula.

Anil’s mass appeal with Nelson’s dark humour? That could be a deadly combination.
