Drishyam Actress Shocking Allegations: Massive Controversy?

A new controversy has created major discussion in the Malayalam film industry after actress Ansiba Hassan made serious allegations against actor Tiny Tom and some members of AMMA (Association of Malayalam Movie Artists).

Ansiba Hassan, who became popular for playing Anju George, Mohanlal’s elder daughter in the Drishyam films, recently explained why she resigned from AMMA. Earlier, she had only mentioned personal and work-related reasons.

Now, Ansiba says she faced personal backlash, religious comments, and false rumors inside the organization. She alleged that actor Tiny Tom called her a “jihadi,” a word often linked to Islamic extremism. She also claimed that false stories about her personal life were spread deliberately.

According to Ansiba, another AMMA member informed her that people inside the association were discussing her negatively. She further alleged that a female executive committee member filed a false complaint against her.

The actress said she experienced heavy emotional stress during that period. She claimed she had raised her concerns with the AMMA leadership earlier but felt she did not receive proper support from officials.

Ansiba also alleged that false rumors connected her to claims involving forced religious conversion linked to someone associated with a colleague. She said repeated misinformation and personal attacks eventually pushed her to leave the association.

However, Ansiba clarified that she currently has no plans to take legal action.

Tiny Tom strongly denied all allegations. He said he never made communal comments and described the accusations as misunderstandings rather than direct incidents.

He also stated that Ansiba’s resignation letter originally mentioned personal and professional reasons, and AMMA officials had requested her to reconsider leaving.

AMMA president Shweta Menon also reportedly said Ansiba had resigned due to personal and work commitments.

The issue has now become a major topic of discussion in Malayalam cinema, with both sides continuing to stand by their versions.
