At Last, Court gives a clean chit to Rajinikanth

Finally, the court dismissed the case filed by Mr. Bothra against the superstar for his daughter’s father-in-law have not paid back the loan of about 65 lakhs for which Rajini was the surety. Madras High court in return asked the petitioner to pay 25,000 for trying to defame the celebrity’s name.

The court made it clear that no such trials of getting cheap publicity by using someone like Rajinikanth’s fame will be entertained and the court will only kill such petitions in the initial stage. A clean chit for Rajini gave a sigh of relief to the star in all that he had gone through this year.
