Autonagar Surya aims for Maha Shivaratri?

The long delayed Naga Chaitanya starrer Autonagar Surya might finally see the light of day on the auspicious day of Maha Shivaratri. Yes, the makers are contemplating on releasing this film for February 27 to cash in on the Holiday factor. In the past the Shivaratri festive day has worked to the advantage of many films and they went on to become big success despite the season being not that box office friendly.

Another factor that is also been seen as a strong release for the release of Autonagar Surya is that in the last week of Match another major Akkineni film starring the entire family is going to be released and hence Autonagar Surya are looking to get done with its release as soon as possible. Samantha acts as heroine in the film which is directed by Prasthanam fame Deva Katta.
