Baahubali gets into caste controversy

These days it has become almost impossible to see a film not to get entangled in one kind of controversy or the other. Right from the beginning, the period drama under production ‘Baahubali’ has been attracting controversies and a new controversy on hurting the sentiments of one particular scheduled caste is making noise presently.

The mala community of scheduled castes is alleging that ‘Baahubali’ had some unacceptable scenes in the film. The 13 minute leaked video is the source of their allegations and Mala Sankshema Sangham has even approached CCS police for the same. Now the CCS police are investigating whether those scenes are actually in the film or else added by the persons who had leaked ‘Baahubali’ video clip recently.

If this is the case before release, there might be a lot waiting for Rajamouli and his team to take care that they don’t knowingly or unknowingly step into controversies. However the film maker can’t keep quiet on such sensitive issues and hence needs to respond immediately and give clarification as he used to do earlier whenever gossips or controversies surrounded his films.
