Young Hero Naga Shaurya‘s last Friday release, Lakshya has ended up as a big failure at the box office. The movie is a non-starter at the box office right on its release day and sunk by the end of the day. Akhanda which was in its second week performed better than the film.

Shaurya worked really hard to develop an eight-pack for Lakshya. But then, the sequence appeared as a misfit in the film.

Barring Oh Baby, Naga Shaurya has delivered six failures on a trot after his career-best hit, Chalo in 2018.

Two of them have come after the second wave with Varudu Kaavalenu and now, Lakshya.

The only positive Shaurya can take from these films are that his efforts are clearly visible. We can see him trying to attempt different subjects and break the monotony.

But then, he should better his script selection so as to make that count. If not all the hard work will go down the drain.
