The glimpse opens with the accessories of Bangarraju. It then shows a portrait of Nagarjuna as Bangarraju, and then we get to see Naga Chaitanya as Chinna Bangarraju. The whole thing comes with great energy, thanks to the music by Anup Rubens.
Ever since the start of Bangarraju, it has been said that it is a prequel to Soggade Chinni Nayana and not a direct continuation of the story. But, the latest teaser makes one wonder if that is the case. There is some confusion, and it augurs well for the curiosity in the movie.
Kalyan Krishna Kurasala, the director of the original Soggade Chinni Nayana, is behind Bangarraju as well. Nagarjuna is personally overseeing the project and making sure that it strikes hard at the box office like SCN.

Nagarjuna has on several occasions said that Bangarraju will be a Sankranthi 2022 release. However, it hasn’t come out officially yet. We have to wait and see when that is done.
