Cricketer Yuvraj Singh’s wedding to Hazel Keech was a star studded affair with all close ones and almost every celeb attending it. However, the only person not attending was Singh’s father as he does not believe in any religious gurus and the wedding was solemnised by one. While Yuvraj is enjoying honeymoon, his father, Yograj Singh, is again in the highlights for commenting on Hazel’s name change to Gurbasant Kaur.

Slamming his son for Hazel’s name change at the advice from the same guru, he said that he’s “surprised to see that literate people are running after these saints who look after deras.” About the guru, Yograj rhetorically asked whether the guru taught him how to play cricket or cured Yuvraj’s cancer.

Yograj added in his list of disappointments that while he taught Yuvraj how to play cricket for almost 16 years, he still hasn’t received even a kurta”. The newlywed couple is currently enjoying their vacation at some secret beach (as disclosed by their Instagrams) and have yet to comment on the issue.
