Big Producer Refused KCR’s Proposal

Cine lovers know that both Ramanaidu Studios and Annapurna Studios were constructed at a time the entire Telugu Film Industry was in Madras and only a few star heroes and producers decided to shift it to Hyderabad and create own identity for Tollywood.

Recently, KCR put forward a proposal to relocate the studios to a different place as he wants to use the land for commercial purposes. He would be allocating the land, elsewhere. Even then, Suresh Babu who is quite sentimental that this studio was built by his father who lived the dream to bring Tollywood to Hyderabad turned down the proposal of the CM.

It’s understood why he feels proud of the studio and he knows that it’s not easy to build a studio, elsewhere. Ramanaidu studio is one of the biggest landmarks in Telugu Cinema history and one can’t deny Suresh Babu‘s if he wants the studio to be where it is as a memory of his father, late Ramanaidu.
