Big task to find fresh faces for Dil Raju!

The first look teaser o Dil Raju production venture ‘Kerintha’ has been released on New Year’s eve and got good response for having the feel of ‘Happy Days’. In the trailer we have seen Tejaswini Madivada of ‘Ice Cream’ fame but she happens to be doing a special role and not the main female lead.

First it was Avantika whose name was confirmed as heroine of ‘Kerintha’ but she was dropped and then came in Lavanya Tripati. Since she looked older than hero Sumanth Ashwin, she had to be replaced after a few days of shooting. Then came in Krithika of ‘Drushyam’s fame. It was learnt that even Krithika looked more mature for the character.

Naturally, even Krithika has lost the role and though the film had its first teaser cut and already released, there is no female lead yet to suit the teenage character in the film. Reports say Dil Raju is taking utter care to get the casting right so that the actors suit the youthful characters they have to potray.
