Big ticket film runs into copy right trouble

Even as Hrithik Roshan’s latest film Krrish 3 is on the verge of release, it seems to have run into a snag in the form of a writer accusing the filmmakers of stealing his script. The writer is Uday Singh Rajput who hails from Sagar district in Madhya Pradesh. The man in question has filed a petition with the Bombay High Court accusing the makers of Krrish 3 of copyright violation. He also asked for a stay on the release on the film until justice is done and he is given a remuneration of rs two crore as compensation.

In return, the producer of Krrish 3 that is Rakesh Roshan has also filed a caveat with the High Court requesting the court not to grant any relief to the writer until his side of the argument is heard. Both sides of the matter are expected to be heard today or by Justice S J Kathawala.
