Soon after, Saif Ali Khan was attacked by an intruder with a knife. Thankfully, the actor recovered quickly. The incident raised serious concerns among fans about security in the country.

Paresh Rawal’s exit from the third instalment of Hera Pheri created shock. Within days, Akshay Kumar sued the actor. Rawal eventually returned to the franchise, but the situation remained a major talking point.

Sameer Wankhede filed a case in the Delhi High Court. He claimed a character in Aryan Khan’s web show The Ba*ds of Bollywood was based on him. He said the portrayal damaged his image and reputation.

A. R. Murugadoss also made headlines. He said Salman Khan arrived late on the sets of Sikandar. On Bigg Boss 19, Salman reacted, questioning why Madharaasi failed even with Sivakarthikeyan arriving early for shoots.

Deepika Padukone exited Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit over her eight-hour shift request. Later, the producers of Kalki 2898 AD (2024) confirmed she would not return for the sequel due to failed negotiations.

Rajiv Rai accused the team of Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri of using Saat Samandar Paar without permission. The filmmaker approached court but did not win the case.

Ranveer Singh accidentally mocked Kantara by mimicking the daivas at IFFI 2025. He apologised later and clarified that he did not mean to hurt sentiments.

Hrithik Roshan praised Dhurandhar on Instagram but said he might “disagree with the politics of it.” The remark triggered responses online. He later shared another story about the film without controversial comments.

Akshaye Khanna faced criticism from the producer of Drishyam 3. The producer said the actor quit suddenly after receiving an advance. He also mentioned an unusual wig demand that complicated the project.

There were many more moments. Palash Muchhal’s wedding, Udit Narayan’s controversial kiss, and the India’s Got Latent issues kept audiences engaged. For many viewers, Bollywood’s controversies became as entertaining as the films themselves.
