Breaking: SS Rajamouli Tests Positive For Corona

The biggest breaking news of the hour has come from none other than the biggest director in Telugu cinema, SS Rajamouli. He has shared to his followers that he is Covid-19 positive.

The director of Baahubali, SS Rajamouli revealed on Twitter than a few days ago, he along with his family developed a mild fever. Things went back to normal later, but Rajamouli got tested for corona. The result was positive but with the mild condition.

Rajamouli is nonetheless taking all the precautions and staying in home quarantine (as are other family members). They have no symptoms currently and are feeling better reveals the director.

We wish SS Rajamouli a speedy recovery and is back to his full health. His getting affected with COVID-19 is likely to have huge repercussions in Telugu cinema.

Recently, Tamil actor Vishal too had tested positive and then recovered. A few weeks ago, the entire Bachchan family (sans Jaya Bachchan) also got affected by the coronavirus.

The more number of big celebrity COVID -19 positive cases makes it more difficult for the cinemas to get back on its feet. It is good, though, that they are openly expressing the contracting with the virus. It helps in eradicating the stigma related to corona among the general people.

Rajamouli has further said that he would be donating plasma. It is also an act that would generate a lot of awareness among the common people.
