Can the Sr. Hero Pull off Telangana Dialect?

Language is still a barrier for senior hero Rajasekhar who has been relying upon either dubbing artists or else senior actor Sai Kumar’s terrific voice for the intense roles he plays. Now, he is featuring in an out-of-the-box movie to be helmed by Prasanth Varma of ‘Awe’ fame.

The director announced that Rajasekhar will have to speak in Telangana dialect for a few sequences in the film and hence even announced that he needs a dialogue writer who is well-versed in Telangana dialect. The question is, can Rajasekhar pull off Telangana dialect when he still has issues speaking Telugu?

Telangana slang gives a fresh vibe and it isn’t much explored in our Telugu films. Recently, we have been witnessing how blockbusters like ‘Arjun Reddy’ and ‘Fidaa’ banked heavily on Telangana dialect and did wonders at the box-office. If Rajasekhar will have to pull of Telangana dialect, will it be a dubbing voice for him or will the senior hero dub in his own voice?
