Censor Board Staff arrested in piracy of super hit movie

Finally the real culprits behind leaking the footage of superhit Malayalam film ‘Premam’ were arrested by the Anti Piracy Cell in Kerala. Going into the details, super hit movie ‘Premam’ instantly garnered super hit talk after it’s release and was on the way to become the highest grosser in Malayalam Film Industry.

But the pirated versions of the film leaked on internet killed the movie’s dream run and created a lot of furor in the industry. The entire industry came in support of makers of ‘Premam’. Under a lot of pressure from film fraternity, the probe regarding piracy intensified.

First three college boys who uploaded the pirated versions were arrested. And then the probe was directed towards Censor Board because the pirated copies had the water mark of CBFC. Three temporary staff of CBFC were found guilty of the crime and were arrested on Monday.
