Central Bureau of Investigation is conducting raids at the residence of Telugu filmmaker and former State Minister of Coal, Dasari Narayana Rao in Hyderabad. The raid is being conducted after CBI slapped case against the veteran filmmaker on the alleged coal block allocation scam.
And FIR has been registered against MP Naveen Jindal and his company Jindal Steel & Power Ltd along with Dasari. The raid is supposedly happening at 15 places in Delhi and Hyderabad. Dasari is a very respectable filmmaker in the industry. He holds a record of directing more than 100 films, few in Hindi as well.
Dasari recently announced six films that he wishes to direct in the next few years. One among them is Vaddikasulavada, in which he plays a peon to the Chief Minister.
