Chandra Babu Naidu’s government has taken a big leap in creating ‘Single Window Clearance’ for IT industries going to invest in the state. Naidu has offered to complete all the clearances to the companies in 4 weeks at max. Government is planning a centralised help desk, which will use the e-biz portal launched by the Union government. They say this help desk will reduce time to set up business and cut costs.
He even gave them a bumper offer, “If you don’t get an approval in four weeks, it shall be deemed as granted and company can begin its work”. Chandra Babu will be monitoring all the clearances directly from his office and will make sure no investor is disappointed. This clearance system will be very soon extended to all other industries too. Government has released the IT policy of the state which included huge subsides to industries in cost of lands, rentals, power bills etc. The government has also announced additional incentives for SC, ST and women entrepreneurs
