Censor Board Adamant Not To Censor Film

Recently we have seen how director Ram Gopal Varma was forced to add a statutory warning for the trailer of his new film. Now, the Censor board has adamantly denied to give certificate to a film.

Ka Bodyscapes is the film which is at the center of the controversy. It all started when the trailer of the movie was released few months ago. The Jayan Cherian directed movie gave a repulsive feeling to traditional Hindu people as it showed showed Lord Hanuman in a very derogatory manner. The same reason along with many other citation showing Hindu rituals in poor light is the reason Censor board is highlighting for not passing the film.

The Censor Board has even asked the makers to approach Film Certification Appelatte Tribunal if they want to get certified as they have out rightly rejected to censor it. If the makers decide to approach Tribunal it has to be done within thirty days. Let’s see how they go forward.
