Center clears AP's key infrastructure proposals!

Union government had cleared few key infrastructure proposals put forth by Andhra Pradesh government. The center has agreed to setup the regional office of National Highways Authority of India in Vijayawada.

The state government will appoint staff in this office. The center also gave a go ahead for preparing the DPR of Amaravati Ring Road. The Union government already approved the state government’s proposal for this Ring Road.

The center also appointed a consultancy for Bypass highway to Chilakaluripeta. The DPR will have to be submitted by July next year. This clearances will boost the infrastructure in and around the upcoming state capital of the state.
