Who is the most corrupted Chief Minister of United AP?

Senior most politician, Chegondi Hari Rama Jogaiah had come up with a book which is creating a political storm. Jogaiah in his book rated all the Chief Minister on the basis of their commitment levels giving no place to corruption.

According to that, NTR got 90 marks with high commitment levels. Chandrababu got 70 marks while YS Rajasekhar Reddy got the least 20 marks meaning he is the most corrupted CM. Kotla Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy, Vengal Rao, Rosaiah, Kasu Brahmanandha Reddy got 60 each.

However YSR received 90 marks in the implementation of welfare schemes followed by NTR who got 85 marks. Jogaiah opined that YSR blinded people in the name of welfare schemes and resorted to maximum corruption to the range of 1000s of Crores.
