Hence the event which was supposed to happen in Hyderabad was postponed to a later date in January 2016. According to some media estimates, the loss due to this postponement is going to be around Rs.5 crores. The loss is obvious as all preparations like constructing sets for the venue and booking hotels for celebs were complete.
But for the organisers of the show, expressing solidarity for Chennai during these tough times is more important than counting on the losses.
