Chiranjeevi Not Interested In Jagan’s Proposal?

For many years, there were rumors that Megastar Chiranjeevi is planning a film studio in Vishakapatnam. There are few people who even go to the extent of saying Chiranjeevi is trying to be in the good books of Jagan for the same reason.

But then, neither Chiranjeevi nor the government confirmed it.

Chiranjeevi has opened up about it in an interview.

“There is a proposal from the government regarding the Vizag studio. But I have no thought about it so far. But I am one among those who want the film industry to develop in AP as well,” Chiranjeevi said.

That indicates Chiranjeevi’s Vishakapatnam studio news is a hoax.

A couple of months ago, in a meeting with film industry stars, Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy himself rolled out the red carpet asking to shift them to AP and offered free lands and incentives.

It looks like after what the industry went through for around two years (ticket prices issue), the industry folks are not so eager to transact with the Andhra Pradesh government.
