Chiru No Option Other Than Odela? All Eyes on Paradise

The Chiranjeevi-Srikanth Odela ‘blood-soaked’ combination was announced with huge excitement in December 2025. However, the project may not be as locked as fans believe. There is now talk in industry circles that Srikanth Odela’s next movie with Chiranjeevi could mainly depend on the result of The Paradise.

This makes the September 24 release very important for Srikanth Odela. Dasara introduced him as a filmmaker with a strong mass voice. Many forgave him for flaws in the screenplay as it was his debut. But The Paradise is his first big test after that debut. The film is much bigger in scale and carries huge expectations because of the hype, huge budget, and Nani factor. A strong result at the box office could give Srikanth Odela more confidence and bargaining power before taking on a star as big as Chiranjeevi.

Chiranjeevi is currently busy with Bobby’s Kaaka. Once that film is completed, his next project becomes an interesting question. The Srikanth Odela film has already been announced, but industry talk suggests its progress could be reconsidered depending on how The Paradise performs. This does not mean the project is cancelled. No change has been confirmed so far. Srikanth also needs to work on that script after Paradise, which might take some time.

Chiranjeevi also has another option. There are reports that Chiru has plans to do one film with Puri Jagannadh if the project with Odela doesn’t materialize.

The next few months could therefore be important for everyone involved. If The Paradise becomes a big hit, the Chiranjeevi-Srikanth Odela project could gain more importance. If it fails to meet expectations, Chiranjeevi might move on to something else.
