Chiranjeevi’s Daughter Struggling

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s elder daughter Sushmita Konidela has floated her own banner Gold Box Entertainments, along with her husband, Vishnu Prasad. She is coming up with a small-budget film titled Sridevi Shoban Babu. This rural drama film is written and directed by Prasanth Kumar Dimmala.

This is the first feature film from Sushmita Konidela’s banner, Gold Box Entertainments. Prior to this, she produced OTT content like Senapathi (Aha) and Shootout At Alair (Zee5). Both the projects didn’t create much impact, and her banner is still trying to find its ground.

Sushmita’s latest venture, Sridevi Shobhan Babu, has been long in the making. The film stars upcoming hero Santosh Shoban and 96 fame Gouri Kishan. The film is scheduled to release on February 18, on the occasion of Maha Shiva Ratri.

It’s great that Sushmita is trying to come out of her father’s shadow and make her own mark. Success has been eluding her till now, but let’s hope she achieves success soon.
