Coming out Openly: Rajnikanth to Support Jallikattu

Jallikattu has become a raging issue in Tamil Nadu and we are witnessing the entire State uniting for a single cause, i.e., to lift the ban on Jallikattu. Tamilians are known for their unity when it comes to preserving their culture and traditions.

Adding to the ongoing protests all over the state against the ban, Tamil Film Industry is going to pronounce its solidarity in the form of silent assembly in front of Film Artists Association office tomorrow.

Rajinikanth who already supported the protests against the ban on the traditional bull taming sport is likely to join the silent assembly. Of course, many big names in Kollywood might show up inevitably.

Interestingly, film actors and others are voicing their opinions and getting big publicity while the politicians are kept away from these agitations. Somehow, students are not keen on including or believing the political parties with regard to this matter.
