After the success of Raanjhanaa, Dhanush is surely going places and has become a sought after actor in Bollywood too. The latest news is that he has teamed up with filmmaker R. Balki for yet-untitled Hindi project. The film will also feature megastar Amitabh Bachchan in an important role.
“Yes guys, my next Hindi film is with Balki sir. Very excited and eagerly looking forward to it. Privileged to share screen space with Big B himself and ecstatic to be part of Raja sir’s musical again,” posted Dhanush on his Twitter page.
There are rumours that Kamal Haasan’s younger daughter Akshara Haasan will be paired opposite Dhanush in the film, which is expected to go on floors soon. Shruti Haasan’s name is also being considered but there is no confirmation on the same at this moment.
Dhanush is currently busy shooting for Tamil projects “Velaiyilla Pattathari” and “Anegan”.
