Chief Judge S S Gulhane, in his verdict, made it clear that the plea could not be maintainable in a Court according to “section 91 of CrPc” because it isn’t a case of nuisance or a wrongful act that would affect public life.

The Chief further added that Mr. Patil’s grievances should be taken up to the Censor Board who have to the power to certify the movie for release. The film featuring actors Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, and Deepika Padukone in the leading roles will hit the screens on December 18th.
