Creative director doesn’t like a single Telugu film

It is not every day that we get to hear actor cum director Ravi Babu talk. So when talks one makes it a point to listen and he often has some straight and true remarks to say.

During the promotional rounds of his upcoming release when the director was asked about Telugu films in general and what kind of movies he likes to watch to get updated with trends, this is what the director had to say. He says that very rarely he watches movies in Telugu and added that he hasn’t liked a single Telugu film in the last decade. When quizzed further he gave names of films like Happy Days and Bommarilu and termed them as good and extraordinary respectively.

It is clear that the director hates formula movies something which he thinks the industry is plagued with. Ravi Babu promises that he wouldn’t be making such formulaic ever as a filmmaker.
