Suriya Confirms Rolex: Will Lokesh Kanagaraj Call Him?

Following the back to back commercial success of Karuppu and Vishwanath and Sons, Suriya is now all set to return with his third release of this year, Scene directed by Jithu Madhavan, which is gearing up for a worldwide theatrical release on November 6th as a Diwali special.

With only a few days left until the release, the Scene team is currently promoting the film through interviews and promotional events. In this scenario, during the recent Telugu pre-release event of Scene, Suriya opened up about his most anticipated Rolex project and his comments are now going viral on social media.

When Suriya was giving his speech, fans started shouting and asking for updates about Rolex. In response, Suriya stated that they are still in talks for the Rolex film and a lot of work is happening to mount it.

Furthermore, he asked the fans to tell Lokesh Kanagaraj to call him and come meet him. He also showed his willingness to play a villain and asserted that he will do it for sure.

After these comments went viral, many social media users started responding that it seems like the Rolex project has not yet been shelved and they also started cooking up theories, guessing that Suriya might be planning to mount Rolex as his milestone 50th film.

Meanwhile, pointing to the audience’s high expectations for Rolex, some people on social media are urging Lokesh Kanagaraj to take it up as his immediate next project after completing his film with Allu Arjun.
