Court Issues Summons To Rana And Suresh Babu

The Nampally court has take stern and affirmative action in connection with the Film Nagar land grab issue, involving Tollywood personalities Rana Daggubati and his father Suresh Daggubati.

A business man names Pramod Kumar complained at the Banjara Hills police station that he was thrashed by a gang of goons, who threatened to leave the land he owned in Film Nagar. He states that Suresh Babu and Rana are behind the attack.

Reportedly, the complaint was not taken up by the Banjara Hills police and the said Pramod then moved the court against the alleged culprits.

The court then quickly filed a criminal case against Rana, Suresh Babu, and those involved with the issue. This is even without police interference.

The court filed the criminal case against Rana and Suresh Babu. They were then ordered by the court to attend further investigation on the case. More developments will determine the course of this case now.
