Direct Online Release Leaves No Bar to Adult Content

The First Peep of Ravibabu’s Crrush released this morning. The movie starring Abhay Simha and Ankita Manoj was the first to resume its shoot post the Coronavirus Pandemic. Going by the Peep, it seems like Ravibabu stuffed it entirely with adult content.

The very thought of not having to censor seems to have encouraged Ravibabu to go as bold as possible. “There is a certain line between bold content and vulgarity. It looks like Ravibabu tilted towards the latter,” Criticism on social media says. Crrush will skip its theatrical window and release it online directly.

The talented director who is without a proper hit for a long time seems to be banking on the bold content for success. Zee5, the digital arm of Zee Network seems to be the frontrunner in grabbing the digital rights of the film. Senior Producer Suresh Babu is presenting the film.

Most of the technicians who worked for Aaviri are reprising their roles in Crrush. While Vaiddhy is composing the music, N Sudhakar Reddy is the cinematographer and Marthand K. Venkatesh is the editor. The film is bankrolled by Ravi Babu’s home production Flying Frogs.
