The trailer starts with the introduction of Chaitanya as an upright cop who halts the vehicle of the chief minister. Then there’s the track where he sets a criminal, played by Aravind Swami, free. But the core story isn’t revealed in the trailer and it is to be seen on the big screens.
Chay looks fine as a cop. There’s a fair bit of action associated with his character. Going by the trailer, this role could also challenge the actor in him.
The action shots are highlighted in the trailer. The theme BGM towards the end by Yuvan Shankar Raja has impetus.
Usually, Telugu cop action dramas are loaded with commercial cinematic highs and Mass blocks which is regarded as a safe route. But given that this film is directed by Tamil director Venkat Prabhu so we have to see how he tells his story.
The film is up releasing in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously on the aforementioned date. Krithi Shetty pairs with Chay in what appears to be an earnest cop action drama.
