Defamation case: Director reveals the reason

Popular director Murugadoss’s Kaththi was released recently and turned out be a blockbuster hit. But during the release there were several controversies hit the film and one of them was the complaint filed by Gopi alleging that director had used his story with out his permission. Now the latest is, Gopi had withdrawn his case and court fined him for creating the nuisance.

Murugadoss said he never wanted to settle the matter out side the court as he knows if he does that once, there will be an other guy come out before his next release. He even filed a defamation case against Gopi and he says he was not let down by this issue and he already moved on to his next project.

Interestingly Gopi who with backed out on his legal complaint says he would still fight legally but he does not want to reveal his plan of action as it could alert Murugadoss.
