Designers Rejected Me as I’m Not A-Lister – Tapsee

Tapsee is making headlines because of her role in her upcoming Bollywood movie ‘Pink’. She is playing the role of a strong girl who had to undergo molestation and hardships. She is quite happy for playing the main lead in a woman-centric movie though she is not an A – lister.

In a recent media interaction, Tapsee revealed the dark side of the film industry and opened up about the male chauvinistic attitude of people. She says that she had to face many rejections in the industry only because she is not an A – lister.

She was denied some kind of roles only because A – Listers were supposed to do the roles. Anyway, she is happy as she got to work with top heroes like Akshay Kumar and Amitabh Bachan though she doesn’t fall into the A -lister tag as per the industry norms.
