Dhamki: Need To Erase Audience Perception

Vishwak Sen is coming back with Dhamki after some mid-films like Paagal, Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam, and Ori Devuda. Dhamki is being projected as a pan-India film that will be released in multiple languages.

There is a perception among the audience that there are no big releases till Nani’s Dasara, which is releasing on March 30th. But that’s not true, as the makers of Dhamki are making sure their film releases on March 22nd. The makers have to think of an effective marketing strategy to erase this perception from the audience’s mind.

Trailer 1 and the two songs released have got a decent response from the audience, but the hype surrounding Dhamki has faded away, and there is less awareness among the audience that the film is releasing one week before Dasara.

Dhamki is also a very ambitious project for Vishwak Sen. The film is produced on his home banner, and he has also directed it. This is a very crucial project for him, and he needs to score a big hit with Dhamki.

It has to be seen what innovative and aggressive promotional strategies the makers will adopt to increase the buzz around the film.
