Dhanush gives back to RGV on trolling Rajini

When film maker Venkat Prabhu tweeted a strong reply that if Rajinikanth acts in a film like ‘Te3n’, it would have created history. The director attacked Ram Gopal Varma saying that only RGV can make a flop like the remake of Sholay. Immediately, Dhanush gave a thumbs up to this tweet and retweeted the post saying ‘Well said,’. Why?

RGV’s concentration is now on Rajinkanth and started comparing the superstar with Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachan. Seriously, RGV said if Amitabh would have done ‘Robot’, it would have done been better but if Rajni would have done ‘Te3n (recently released Amitabh’s movie) it would have done far far lesser.

Followed by this, RGV series of posts went on to compare how Amitabh came out of his comfort zone as an actor in order to advance cinema. But it is not so in the case of Rajnikanth in Tamil and Chiranjeevi in Telugu. In a way, he seemed to say that Rajnikanth can’t do films like ‘Piku’, ‘Black’ and ‘Te3n’ which won lot of critical acclaim for Amitabh Bachan. Hence the reply from Venkat Prabhu and Dhanush.
