Dhanush’s Idli Kottu Censor Completed

National Award winning actor Dhanush has been proving his mettle as a director. His latest film, Idli Kottu, features him donning director’s hat for fourth time in his career. The actor also wrote the script and his vision in dealing with rural dramas has been revered highly.

The actor delivered huge successes like Sir, Raayan, Kuberaa and reports suggest Idli Kottu will be another success. The movie completed censor formalities with U certificate and runtime is locked at 2 hours 28 minutes. The makers say it has received appreciation from censor officials for its rooted narration laced in rich Indian culture.

“The movie depicts the story of a successful career oriented person coming back to his roots. Dhanush did a splendid job as a writer and director while his acting talent has always been exceptional. Laced with heart-touching emotions, Raj Kiran’s performance is said to be a highlight,” they say.

The chemistry between Nitya Menen and Dhanush, rivalry with Arun Vijay, all portions have come out well, say reports, the team divulge.
