Dhanush takes the bite for his father-in-law

Actor Dhanush saw the biggest hit in his career with the film VIP that released earlier in the year. Post its release the next film from the actor was eagerly awaited by the trade and fans and the actor too was ready with a film in good combination.

Anegan is the new film of Dhanush which is directed by KV Anand of Ayan (Veedokkade) and KO (Rangam) fame. The film slowly build good hype thanks to the director and hit music by Harris Jayaraj in addition to the fact that it was a follow up to super hit film. Everything was set for the film to release in December and then the announcement about Rajinikanth’s film Lingaa happened. Son-in-law Dhanush had no choice but to postpone his release to next year.

Anegan, according to Kollywood sources is going to release in the second half of January next year avoiding all the big releases in between. Will this sacrifice for his father-in-law prove costly to Dhanush?
