For the past few weeks, Dhanush has stayed busy promoting his Bollywood release Tere Ishq Mein by visiting theatres across many states and attending public events. The actor has maintained a constant presence, meeting fans and engaging with audiences as part of aggressive film promotion.

During one such theatre visit, a short clip went viral showing his stylist quickly adjusting his outfit as he stepped out of the car. The moment lasted seconds, yet it triggered wide debate across social media platforms.

Some users criticised Dhanush, calling the act arrogant and unnecessary. The argument focused on the idea that an assistant handled a personal task in public, which some felt reflected entitlement rather than simplicity.

Others accused the actor of projecting a humble image at events while behaving differently in real situations. They claimed this single moment exposed a contrast between his public persona and off-camera behaviour.
