Dhoni Domination Surprising Trade

MS Dhoni, the film, was expected to open well and do good as it is a biopic of India’s most successful captain ever. Also, it’s the first time such a biopic is made when the said person is still at his popular best.

But MS Dhoni has surprised everyone with its potential. The film has already with the advance booking itself made sure that it will be among the top openers of the year. Not just in Hindi but the Hindi version in Southern states too is having terrific advances. The dubbed versions in Telugu and Tamil too are picking up.

Such is the craze for the film that it is overshadowing the big local release Hyper, at the moment. It will be interesting to see if the film directed by Neeraj Pandey goes all the way in terms of satisfying expectations.
