She fell in love with British violinist and composer Benedict Taylor and they got married in 2012 after a live-in relationship with Taylor. Going by the credentials of Radhika Apte’s husband Taylor, has specialised in new music and improvisation.

He even composed music for a critically acclaimed Marathi film ‘Killa’ which hit theatres in 2015 on 26th June. This film won ‘Best Marathi Film Award’ in 62nd National Film awards. A musical group CRAM created by Taylor is working across geographical, cultural, media and artistic boundaries. He isn’t just Radhika Apte’s husband. A well versed solo violinist.
