Director Ends Mahesh’s Controversy

As a director, Puri must be feeling relieved after the commercial success of ‘iSmart Shankar.’ Maybe, by mistake, he uttered something that was unwarranted from him. So, he has given feed to media persons to come up with questions to further build upon the controversy.

In one of the recent interactions, the anchor tried to instigate Puri implying Mahesh Babu and saying how some star heroes don’t come forward to do a movie with a director in the flop phase who had once given them a hit. Needless to say, the anchor was trying to get something juicier from Puri.

But, Puri avoided the matter by just brushing it away indicating that he wasn’t interested in continuing the controversy. Maybe, in the heat of the moment, he might have said something about Mahesh Babu. Nonetheless, Puri made it evident that he wasn’t interested to nurture the controversy.

Puri definitely got a breather after half-a-dozen flops. There seemed t be no hope for the kind of output he delivered. But, he needs to deliver consistently so that he can bounce back once again to his golden phase. Don’t you think so?
