Doing my own stunts gives me a kick – Vishnu

Vishnu Manchu recently pulled off a daredevil stunt for his upcoming film Doosukeltha. He jumped off a speeding car at above 80 feet off the ground and landed safely, almost leaving the entire crew in awe. Vishnu says he could have easily used a double, but he says doing his own stunts gives him a kick.

He said even his stuntman Kecha advised him to use a body double, but Vishnu was adamant to pull off the stunt by himself. While Vishnu agrees he was very nervous to even think of pulling off the stunt, but he eventually did it because he wanted to experience a kick.

Vishnu said he will considering doing his own stunts going forward if needed. As an actor, it’s important to take risks said Vishnu, who is also a member of Stunts Union in Hyderabad.
