Ramayana BTS
Ranbir Kapoor put significant emotional and physical effort into bringing Lord Rama to life in Ramayana. The movie team released a special BTS video on the occasion of his birthday. Ramayana is produced by Namit Malhotra and Yash, under the direction of Nitish Tiwari. Sai Pallavi and Yash are playing leading roles in the film.
The BTS footage features comments from his co-stars regarding Ranbir’s transformation. Arun Govil, who plays Dashrath, specifically pointed out his attitude and the effort taking place behind the camera. Ranbir has worked extensively on the role to bring the makers’ vision of Ram to the big screen.
He worked alongside international stunt professionals like Terry Notary and Guy Norris for the film’s action scenes. Producer Namit Malhotra has brought together Eastern storytelling and Western technical expertise, reflecting the scale of the project.
The movie features an ensemble cast including Ravi Dubey and Sunny Deol, with music composed by Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman. The first part is preparing for its global IMAX release during Diwali 2026.
