Don’t Laugh! Reason Behind 2.0 Release Date

Like in every walk of life, many of the film industry folks have some superstitions that may sound funny and irrational to others. There is a superstition around the release date of Rajinikanth’s ‘2.0’. The reason will definitely bring a smile on your face.

Last year, Baahubali – 2 was released on 28th April 2017, the last week of April. This year, ‘2.0’ is coming on 27th April. It isn’t a coincidence reports an English tabloid according to the reasons revealed by its sources. The makers of Rajinikanth’s movie see it as another Baahubali.

Hence, they want to release it around the same time as they think it’s an apt time for the biggies which are made with a huge budget. According to them, April 2019 will see Rajamouli movie’s release as it is also going to be a Magnum opus.

There is one more funny reason quoted in the report. Both Baahubali and 2.0 have a similarity, Good Versus Evil aka Prabhas Vs Rana and now Rajinikanth Vs Akshaya Kumar. Most of the movies do have this Good Vs Evil concept, don’t they?
