Facts: Actress Jiah Khan was murdered!

The popular Bollywood actress, whose recent and sudden death had been considered as a suicide case, was recently said to be murdered. The actress’s mother Rabiya Amin Khan had petitioned against the investigation of her case to the Bombay High Court. Her petition for a CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) probe into her daughter Jiah’s case alleged it to be a murder case.

It was described by their legal advisor Dinesh Tiwari in a letter that the cause of death was being strangled with a belt. The actress did not hang herself to death; it was only made to look like it. As the forensic reports came, it was very clear that she didn’t commit suicide. There were unexplained ligature marks on her neck and the actress had several other visible injury marks on her body. These coupled with some more pieces of evidence suggested that she had been strangled first.
