Vijay’s ‘Theri’ has good buzz around it as Vijay is back with a cop role but with the backdrop of family drama. The trailer of the film is a huge hit and recorded 3 million views in less than 24 hours and also 170K plus likes. This is the fastest record ever for a South Indian Trailer.

As per the latest views, it is nearly 3 and a half million. Both Vijay and the child artist Nainika are getting huge thumbs up for this trailer and of course, director Atlee must be commended for coming up with a trailer which amuses mass audiences, which are Vijay’s strength.

Vijay is seen sporting two different looks, one French bearded look when he is with daughter and a clean shave look when he is a cop. Starring Samantha and Amy Jackson as the female leads ‘Theri’ is a story of a cop who is righteous and looks like he looses his wife (played by Samantha) because of his enmity with the goons.

If the 2 mins trailer has garnered such huge response, the film is expected to do wonders at the box-office. Let’s see.
